Frank Cuthbert is a composer and singer-songwriter, who splits his time between a cottage on the Hudson River in Athens, NY and a shotgun-shack on the Mississippi River in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A Berkshires native, his musical journey spans performances in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville, sharing stages with artists from Talking Heads to Tanya Tucker. He’s written five musicals - four produced regionally - and served as musical director for Shakespeare on the Hudson.

A former CBS-signed artist with the band Dakota, Frank’s solo work blends storytelling with Americana.

He has been a vocal advocate for historical preservation, earning recognition from NPR, New York Times, and the Catskill Chamber of Commerce.

Through it all, music remains his center.
